Replacement and return policy

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after 24 hours have passed.

2- In order to return the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company.

4- If the consumer returns the products, it takes (10-14 working days) to cancel the order and return the amount to the account.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

1- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.

2- If the consumer evaluates the products on the website, he is not entitled to request a return or exchange.

3-Discounted products are not returnable.
